The Bromley Trust is a grant-making trust, set up in 1989 by Toby Bromley, to offset 'man's inhumanity to man'.
Over the last twenty years the Bromley Trust has made many awards to charities working in the key focus areas of the trust. Our funding is broken down into three main funding streams:
1) Human Rights
2) Prison Reform
Our specific focus areas within these funding streams are periodically reviewed and assessed, with the aim of responding to current areas of need.
If you are interested in applying to the Bromley Trust for support, please check that you fall within our current focus areas, and also read through our general criteria and guidelines, by selecting these from the menu on the left. You can also read through a list of all of our currently funded organisations, and read through details of the application process.
The Bromley Trust is based in London, but funds any UK-registered charities, many of whom undertake work internationally as well as in the UK.
