| Chris (award winner, HMP Ashwell) made a Keith Bromley award of £350 to buy tools of your trade. |
| You are determined in your commitment not only never to re-offend but to work harder than ever before to repay the loyalty of your family and to give them reason to be proud in future. Judging from the testimony of your personal officer, you have made a remarkable turnaround. She says that this is one of those occasions when she can feel proud and pleased to have played a part in the rehabilitation process. You have grown much more confident. You are an excellent communicator and have clearly formed good relations with staff. Your CIT Bricks instructor, reports that you are a very hard worker, are reliable and get on well with everyone in the workplace. It is clear that you have found in practical work an outlet for your talents, hard work and determination. Your list of courses passed is impressive especially as you never really started secondary education. You have been recommended for transfer to a category D prison. All the staff at Ashwell support this recommendation. We would all of us here also like to say, 'Well done'. |
